All prices are per room, per night, including breakfast – Please see notes below for 3rd person & child rates.

A deposit of £30 per room is required to secure reservations.

Family Rooms & Child Rates

Family rooms have 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

The prices are based on 2 people sharing a family room.

Price for a 3^rd person sharing a family room – under 7s – free, 7-14 years old – £10, 15 years and over £15

A camp bed can be added to Room No.s 4, 5, 12 & 14 to give 3 separate beds. This must be requested when booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you give at least 1 months notice of cancellation your deposit is transferrable or fully refundable.
If you give less than 1 months notice your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed in some rooms on request (not Room No.s 9, 10, 11, 12 or 14).
There is a £5 charge for dogs staying in a room

Dogs are welcome in our bar areas, but not permitted in our restaurant.

Mid-Week Winter Discounts

Stay longer than one consecutive mid-week Winter night and receive a 10% discount on each additional night

Friday & Saturday nights excluded from this offer and do not count as your first night. e.g. stay Sunday, Monday, Tues and get 10% discount on Mon & Tue. Stay Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and get 10% discount on Thurs, but not Friday.

Check-in: we are open from 11am

Rooms available: from 1:30pm (sometimes earlier)

Breakfast: 8:00-9:30am

Check-out: rooms to be vacated by 10:30am

Bar open: 11am -11pm

Meals served: 12pm – 9pm

*PLEASE NOTE* Our premises are locked from around 11:00pm or earlier if we are empty. Residents who are going out for the evening must advise us if they plan to return after 10:00pm to prevent being locked out.
